New South Wales, Sydney | Australia is full of adventures. One of my favorite activities when my husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary in the land down under was the Bridge Climb. It was not strenuous at all, and the views were simply amazing. Definitely a must do. New South Wales, Sydney | Take the green bus while in town (its free) and travel to the ferry terminal. Take the ferry toward Manly and get off at the first stop for Taronga Zoo. Not only do you get to take a boat ride around the harbor past the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, but you get to see one of the most incredible zoos. The giraffes are in an awesome area overlooking the water and you can see the cityscape. While you cannot hold koalas here, you can get extra close, and take a picture with them. Then, wander through the delightful Rocks Market street fair on Saturdays. Local food and music is plentiful as you meet and mingle with passionate vendors selling handmade dresses and bags, one-of-a kind jewelry, original artwork and more.

New South Wales, Sydney | Discover the InterContinental Sydney, located close to the water with spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Built around the restored treasury building of 1851, you can see the restored part of the building and its new contemporary structure. The Club Lounge features a wrap-around outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the Harbour. The hotel has its own security service so a lot of high-profiled people stay here. FUN FACT: This is where Oprah Winfrey stayed on her trip to Sydney.

New South Wales, Sydney | If your client doesn't have a lot of time, recommend a half-day city excursion rather than the full-day option. The late afternoon portion of the journey takes you out past a lot of suburb type areas to Manly Beach. If you do a half-day excursion, you would be able to spend the afternoon exploring the sites you would like to go back to and spend more time.
