Through our trusted partner Trip Mate, we offer a plan that includes benefits such as trip interruption, trip delay, accident and sickness medical expense, baggage and personal effects, missed connection and more. Part A: Cancel For Any Reason Waiver (provided by EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese)*:

The travel protection plan includes a non-insurance Cancel For Any Reason Waiver that must be purchased at time of booking and cannot be purchased with a Future Travel Credit (FTC). EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese offers the waiver that allows you to cancel Your Trip with EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese before Your scheduled departure for any reason under  the following reimbursement option:

Cancel for Any Reason – Cash: for this option, the non-refundable unused amount you paid for your trip can be reimbursed in the original form of payment (cash, check or credit card), less the cost of the travel protection plan if you must cancel or change your trip prior to departure.

We can also refund any additional fees you would otherwise incur for a change in your per person occupancy rate if a person booked to travel with you cancels his or her trip and you do not cancel your trip.

On a one-time basis, you have the option to have any supplier change fees refunded, if you make changes to your trip. However, the Waiver is voided after the one-time change coverage is utilized.

EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese requires written notice of cancellation. This only refunds those Travel Arrangements purchased from EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese and refunds cannot exceed $20,000 per person and $60,000 per booking.

Please Note: This Waiver does not cover fees or costs associated with any transportation, accommodations, or other travel services that are not arranged by Us. Advance purchase non-refundable hotel rates are not covered or any hotel component that is within 100% penalty at the time of booking. Any amount payable under this Waiver will be reduced by the amount of any Trip Cancellation amounts paid or payable under any other travel insurance or travel protection plan providing Trip Cancellation benefits.

*For residents of NY or MN: Part A Cancel for Any Reason Waiver can be purchased separately from the rest of the plan. When purchased separately, Part A Cancel for Any Reason Waiver is non-refundable. Contact EVOKE | INSPIRE Reservation Department at 1-866-602-8650 or Journese Reservation Department at 1-800-442-9244 in order to purchase the Cancel for Any Reason Waiver separately.

Part B: Post-Departure Travel Insurance benefits (underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company) along with other non-insurance services:

A full description of insurance benefits can be found under Part B of the travel protection plan. Benefits include, but are not limited to, Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Accident & Sickness Medical Expense and Baggage and Personal Effects. Part B also contains non-insurance travel assistance services, available to you 24/7, offering help with anything from hotel arrangements to translations services. Travel Advisor Commission Protection Included
Travel advisor commission is 100% protected at no additional fee with the purchase of travel protection. Commission Protection is paid once per trip plan purchased. Protection plan coverage must be included for all travelers on the booking and be paid in full with initial deposit/payment for your trip. The booking must be paid in full at time of cancellation and must be canceled in full to receive commission protection. Any travel agency fee is not protected and will be refunded back to the client. All offers and programs are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Travel Advisor Commission Protection is provided by Journese and is not an insurance benefit. To obtain commission protection, please complete this online form within 10 business days from the date on which the cancellation occurs. Commissions will be paid via check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the travel agency.

General Global Assistance provides emergency assistance services provided by multi-lingual professionals that are available 24 hours a day to provide help, advice and referrals for medical emergencies. We will help you locate local physicians, dentists, or medical facilities, and provide services for much more. 

Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB) provides a Delayed Baggage Protection service that is offered as a value-added service to enhance the customer experience when traveling. Blue Ribbon Bags will track and expedite the return of delayed airline baggage from when the destination flight lands. 

Portable Personal Health Record Provied by FootprintID^® -  FootpriintID^® provides a secure solution for individuals to take control of their medical records and enables immediate access wherever they are in the world. 

The travel protection plan cost consists of a Part A non-insurance Cancel For Any Reason Waiver (provided by EVOKE │ INSPIRE or Journese) and Part B insurance benefits (underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company) along with other non-insurance services including travel assistance services, Blue Ribbon Bags, and FootprintID®.
