Azul Villa Esmeralda offers more than 11,000 square feet of plush, modern living space and almost 200 feet of oceanfront viewing, with contemporary living and family rooms, a state-of-the-art, Bose-equipped home theatre, a spectacular pool (heating available if desired) and even private spa, sauna, steam room and gym facilities. The private Villa is situated on a 54,000 square foot ocean lot, guaranteeing privacy. The interior design combines elegant modern patterns with local hardwood such as Tzalam and Chechen and natural stones. The villa's 6 over-sized bedrooms all feature large LCD Flat Screen TV's, Bose sound systems and have full access to the properties own state of the art media server, where you stream music, watch the latest movies or programming. Further each room comes equipped with electronic safe, hair dryer, bath robes, slippers and personal care amenities.
