Room Details

The Italian accent of Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is perhaps nowhere more pronounced than in its 750 stylish guest rooms, including 45 spacious suites. Custom designed furnishings and marble accents declare a European sensibility, while features like custom duvet covers and elegant window treatments featuring lace curtains offer you a luxurious welcome home from the theme parks. Our larger Deluxe rooms and Club Level rooms offer even more amenities and exclusive features.
Tones of creamy white and teal are reminiscent of the coast, while rich details in marble and velvet give our newly renovated guest spaces an Italian flair. Prepare to be pampered, with 100% cotton sheets, Comfort Zone skin and body products, an in-room Keurig coffeemaker and free Wi-Fi in all guest spaces.

Suite Details

Bask in glorious comfort and spacious accommodations in one of three different style suites with parlors ranging in size from 450 square feet to 920 square feet – Portofino Parlor Suite, Villa Parlor Suite or Hospitality Parlor Suite. Each suite consists of a parlor connected to a standard bedroom, with either a king bed that can accommodate up to three guests with a rollaway† or two queen beds that can accommodate up to five guests with a rollaway†. All suites have two full bathrooms, two televisions and a pullout sofa.

Guest Services

All guests have access to early park admission at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™, one hour before the theme park opens (valid theme park admission required). Other guest features include the resort-wide charging privileges with a room key card. Guests can use their hotel room key card to charge food and merchandise at Universal Orlando locations where credit cards are accepted. Complimentary delivery of merchandise purchased throughout the resort to the guests' hotel room is also included. Guests can also enjoy complimentary scheduled transportation to nearby Wet ‘n Wild water park, SeaWorld, and Aquatica.

Restaurants

Mama Della’s Ristorante: offers family-style dining with specialties from the regions of Tuscany, Naples and Piemonte.
Trattoria del Porto: serves breakfast and dinner in a friendly, casual atmosphere. This is also where you and the family can enjoy Character Dining on select nights.
Splendido Pizzeria:For casual dining, grab a slice poolside at this pizzeria.
Gelateria Caffé Espresso: offers the famous Italian gelato and coffee beverages.
The Thirsty Fish: is the perfect place to linger over Italy’s famous lager, Peroni, as guests take in the view over the Piazza.
Bice Ristorante: Italian tradition, spectacular views and attentive service await you in the internationally renowned Bice Ristorante. Two separate private dining rooms are available for intimate gatherings.
Sal's Market Deli: Pick up a basket and browse the aisles at Sal’s, where a sensational assortment of Italian meats, cheeses, antipasto and salads, along with freshly baked pizzas, snacks and fresh fruit will call out to you all day long.

Recreation

From the Beach Pool to the spa where pampering and indulgence have been raised to an art form, there's never a lack of fun things to do. Or places to relax and do nothing at all. Recreation includes three lushly landscaped themed swimming pools, bocce ball, a game room, fitness center and more. You can watch a film under the stars at the hotel’s weekly poolside “dive-in movies,” or make arrangements to play a nearby round of golf through the hotel’s Golf Universal program.

Golf

The Golf Universal Orlando program provides your group with special group rates, complimentary transportation and a dedicated staff to manage your entire golf outing or event. We will arrange tee times, plan transportation (restrictions apply), set up on-site registration, coordinate your tournament, and arrange for your on-site food and beverage needs.

Mandara Spa at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel facilities include: 14 private treatment rooms, two couples' rooms, relaxation lounges, co-ed lounge, co-ed hydro-therapy pool, separate men’s and women’s sauna and steam rooms, full-service hair and nail salon, and retail boutique.

The resort wedding locations, including the Tuscan Ballroom and the Citrus Piazza, are fairy-tale perfect. Loews Portofino Bay has the right space, whether the celebration is for 20 or more than 1,300. With seasoned Wedding Specialists, every detail, from the menu selection to the ideal wine pairings to custom welcome amenities for out-of-town guests will be taken care of.

Other Information

Pets under 75 lbs are welcome. A fee of $50 per night with a maximum of $150 per stay will be applied at check-in.
The resort also features 42,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Multiple outdoor function areas are available, including the Villa Lawn, Citrus Piazza and others.

Land price is per person based on double occupancy (unless noted) for select travel dates shown. Air-inclusive vacations are for gateways noted.
