Museum Art Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located opposite the Wellington waterfront and Te Papa Museum. A fabulous location, onsite facilities and 165 luxurious studios and suites make the Museum Art Hotel the perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the airport.

Room Details

King Deluxe: Room amenities include a 42" TV, Nespresso coffee machine, arm chair, and en suite bathroom.
Interconnected Rooms: are all located in the residence wing of the hotel. These rooms are accentuated by rich fabrics and designer furniture. Each room has a kitchenette and ensuite. The ensuite has a separate rain shower head and the ultimate bath tub for two.
Classic Deluxe Rooms: have recently been refurbished and contain a King Wellington bed, Nespresso Coffee Machine, 42 inch television, writing desk, Ipod dock, arm chair, ensuite with shower over bath.
Grand Deluxe Room: have recently been refurbished Wellington king size bed, 42 inch flat screen television, writing desk, comfortable arm chair and en-suite with shower only.
The Harbour Patio Room; features a private patio with an outlook to Wellington harbour, ensuite with marble bathroom with bathtub, lounge chairs, writing desk and King Wellington bed. It features a private patio, ipod dock, and marble bath.
Complimentary access to swimming pool, spa pool, gymnasium, sauna and spa pool are available to all hotel guests.

Suite Details

The Wellington Suite has two bedrooms, both bedrooms have an ensuite with bath and shower. This large suite stretches from one side of the building to the other with a small balcony at each end. The Wellington Suite has a spacious living area, large kitchen and a master bedroom with a outlook to the harbour.
Executive Suites: With a northern outlook and views over the harbour and marina, the Executive Suites are located within the apartment building. The Executive Suite Harbour View has a separate bedroom with Super King bed, large beautifully appointed bathroom with luxurious bathtub for two and separate shower, Galley Kitchen and washer/dryer. Complimentary access to the swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and spa pool.

Restaurants

Hippopotamus: French born and trained pastry chef, David Cadoret, lovingly creates a beautifully presented selection of carefully hand crafted sweet and savoury amuse-bouches, mini-sandwiches and miniardises for you to relish. Savour these with a selection from our Gourmet Dilmah tea range or espresso coffee or upgrade with a glass of bubbly, decadent cocktail or Champagne.
The restaurant also features a fine dining dinner experience and private dining room options.

Fitness

The Museum Art Hotel's Fitness Centre is located on the Apartment wing of the Hotel. The Fitness Centre includes a Lap Swimming Pool, Spa and Sauna. Enjoy using the fitness equipment while watching your favorite program on the LCD television. Use the Yoga Balls and Mats on the outside deck to relax in the fresh air and sunshine. The Fitness Centre provides shower and toilet facilities, towels, draws to store your belongings and fresh cooled

For groups of 6 to 200 our seven function rooms can be used for a vast range of events including conferences, cocktails parties, private dinners, presentations, seminars, weddings, or product launches.

Land price is per person based on double occupancy (unless noted) for select travel dates shown. Air-inclusive vacations are for gateways noted.
