Club Floor

Level 5 is a privileged business and leisure lounge, located on the fifth floor of Grosvenor House Tower Two, and is replete with the very best amenities for business and leisure travelers. Level 5 offers breath-taking views of the Dubai Marina and boasts lounge areas, in addition to a separate bar lounge, meeting room and family lounge. Visitors to Level 5 can benefit from a range of business tools including a selection of books as well as free Wi-Fi internet access. Level 5 also includes a private meeting room which can accommodate up to eight people, featuring floor to ceiling windows and providing incredible views of the Dubai Marina. This is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A dedicated family lounge has been designed to cater exclusively for the little ones. The lounge allows families staying in the Tower Two Premier Rooms and Suites the opportunity to come together and relax in a family friendly environment.

Room Details

The resort features 749 spacious, contemporary guest rooms, suites, and apartments with signature Luxury Collection beds, large windows with spectacular views of the Marina, complimentary Wi-Fi.
Room amenities include DVD/DC players, state-of-the-art entertainment networks including flat screen televisions, marble vanity counters, deep bath, separate rain shower, bathrobes, separate dressing area, private balconies, down comforters, plump pillows, hot breakfast in lounge, iPod docking stations, phone, and minibar.

Suite Details

Suites offer additional upgrades such as high-end furnishings, separate lounge areas, sofas, armchairs, dining tables, breakfast, work desks and access to Executive Business Lounge Level 5.
Grosvenor and Royal Suites are self-catering accommodations created exclusively for the discerning traveler with kitchenettes in 1,130 and 2,153 square feet respectively.

Villa Description

Service apartment style accommodations reflect the true essence of Grosvenor House Dubai, benefiting from a separate entrance and luxurious lobby area with full reception and dedicated 24 hour concierge service offering unrivalled privacy and comfort. All Apartment Suites offer impressive views overlooking Dubai Marina. For the provision of the guests all Apartment Suites have fitted kitchens and separate dining areas, with some apartments having a laundry/storage room. Apartment Suite guests on long term lease can also take advantage of special laundry rates and complimentary underground car parking facilities.
Other amenities include multiple bedrooms, flat screen TV in lounge and master, 24-hour security in all areas, private access from car park, daily housekeeping (three times a week for stays beyond 30 days), entertainment networks, on call butler, and access to health club and spa, beach, pool and Penguin Club at partner resort; space ranges from 592 to 1,615 square feet.
Residence Apartment styles are for short and long term leases and offer the same high standards of quality and luxury. Features include closed or open fully equipped modern kitchens, well-appointed multiple bedrooms with with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, washer and dryers, on-call butlers, access to both health club and spa, beach, pool and Penguin Club at partner resort, 42” LCD TVs, covered underground parking, space ranges from 764 to 1,905 square feet.

Guest Services

Complimentary access to the beach and three swimming pools, airport transfers, kids programming, complimentary Wi Fi, and meeting/event venues for up to 400 people are some guest privileges.
