Agave Azul | Inspired by the diverse Asian influences found among the colorful streets of Tijuana, guests are invited to experience the new Agave Azul at Rosewood Mayakoba. The restaurant celebrates the Asian heritage in Northern Mexico, showcasing simple and fresh ingredients with a twist. Chef Loza’s new menu combines the many different tastes of the region, shedding light on the area’s rich heritage of diverse cultures.
La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen | La Ceiba is designed as an interactive environment for guests to partake in cooking demonstrations, tastings, sit-down meals and even foraging for their own produce from over 45 types of organic vegetation to create exquisite delicacies with unmistakable Mexican flare. The al fresco kitchen and garden, which serves only food cooked over an open flame in accordance with Mayan tradition, features an extensive variety of organic fruits and vegetables, a unique array of Mexican herbs and spices, and over 20 different sections designated for planting. The garden is also home to various groves of tropical trees native to the Yucatan Peninsula, surrounding a contemporary, fine dining setting anchored by an 18-person communal table.
Aqui Me Quedo | At Aquí Me Quedo, Chef Juan Pablo Loza channels the vibrant, festive feel of a traditional Mexican cantina where guests gather to graze and sip throughout the day. At La Cantina, the menu brings together the best of Mexican street foods and drinks with freshly-made, Caribbean coastal-inspired fare.
La Fondita | Drawing inspiration from Mexico City’s casual neighborhood restaurants, La Fondita is set in posh cantina décor and boasts bright street food flavors coupled with a lively and charming environment. The menu features favorites such as tostadas, tacos, aguas frescas, craft beer and mezcal.
Pan Dulce | Pan Dulce, create memories and shared experiences through food, specifically through baked goods and breads. Using solely the freshest ingredients diving into the sweet side of Mexican cuisine, specializing in pastries, breads, cookies and custom orders for that special occasion.

Recreation

El Camaleon, a championship golf course designed by Greg Norman is located in the resort enclave. 18-hole, 7,000 yard course meanders along the coast.

Sense | Set on its own private island, Sense, A Rosewood Spa® is a serene wellness sanctuary offering ancient Mayan healing practices, shaman-led rituals, hydrotherapy facilities for both men and women and one-of-a-kind intuitive treatments using traditional ingredients from the Kuxtal Sensory Garden. The spa's interior spaces open to gentle breezes and stunning natural environment of the jungle. Comprising 17,000-square-feet, the spa space includes 12 treatment rooms and eight wellness suites, designed for those guests who desire a pure wellness experience. The design centers around a cenote, a natural limestone pool fed by the subterranean springs that flow throughout the Yucatán.
