There are four onsite restaurants that showcase fresh local ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
Cocina Millagro in the heart of the resort, is the resort’s poolside pavilion restaurant featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, two open kitchens and a bar terrace. Guests enjoy stunning views of the mangroves while dining. The interior of the restaurant is a combination of stone locally handcrafted tile, local tzalam wood, and stone. Open for all-day dining, the restaurant has a market-to-table menu concept with an emphasis on seafood.
Casa Amate where you transcend traditional tacos and tequila featuring exceptional Latin American dining and popular Sunday brunches. The restaurant has a unique and sophisticated residential concept designed to resemble the home of an eclectic traveler passionate about Latin culture. The restaurant is built around a courtyard overlooking the resort’s surrounding lagoon with a special Amate tree, which gives the venue its name. The menu includes a variety of salads, soups, meats, poultry and fish inspired by different Latin American countries.
OllaTaco, a beachfront architecture with façades that open to spectacular views and are anchored by an open kitchen and bar. Guests can enjoy regional dishes and elevated street food that includes Yucatan specialties.
OllaCeviche is another beachfront, offering vibrant and festive decore with colorful pendant lights, playful stained wood and tiles, along with marine rope and wood boards, providing a coastal feel. The vibe is modern and chic, while also causal and authentic. It is also an open-air dining option with a great selection of seafood.
Sotavento is a new unique dining concept offering fresh Mediterranean cuisine with beach views.
