The hotel is located on the well known Waterloo Road, just a five minute walk from Waterloo Station and very close to some of the city’s main tourist attractions such as the Big Ben and Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. A quick 10 minutes from the London City Airport (LCY) and about 20 minutes from the Heathrow Airport (LHR).

It features bright, comfortable rooms, select signature cuisine in its Three O Two Restaurant, the cosmopolitan Circus Lounge, a Despacio Beauty Centre and four fully equipped meeting rooms. Room Details

All guestrooms and suites feature LCD satellite TV with international channels, minibar, safe deposit box, pillow top, tea kettle, temperature control, hairdryer, writing desk, and a Media Hub.
Double Rooms feature bright rooms with elegant decoration, large floor to ceiling windows and either a king or twin size bed.
Deluxe Double Rooms include bright rooms with exquisite decoration and picture windows that offer excellent views of the city. They are ideal for business trips or long stays and have either a king or twin size beds. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, bathrobe and slippers, iron and ironing board, and courtesy newspapers.

Suite Details

Waterloo Suite boasts an amazing suite decorated in a cosmopolitan style with a magnificent bathroom. The suite has large picture windows throughout that offer impressive views of the city. It includes a king size bed and a chaise lounge.

Restaurants

Three O Two Restaurant includes large windows and attentive service. Carefully prepared signature dishes, specializing in Mediterranean and international cuisine.
Waterloo Sky Bar is located on the 8th floor of the hotel where you can enjoy fantastic views of the city while relaxing over a drink.
Circus Bar featured in the lobby offering an extensive menu of national and international drinks, as well as sandwiches, salads and cakes.
Circus Lounge situated next to the Three O Two Restaurant, has comfortable sofas and arm chairs and a select list of cocktails so you can enjoy a pleasant evening.

Spa

Despacio Beauty Center offer facilities including a sauna and hydromassage shower as well as treatments including a rest area and massages.

Fitness

The fitness center features equipment and facilities including resistance machines, exercise bikes, treadmills, cross trainer and a changing room.

Other Information

The H10 London Waterloo has 4 meeting rooms equipped with everything you need for your business meetings and events. The Regent and Oxford rooms can be joined to form the Oxford Circus room with a maximum capacity for 80 people, while the Bayswater and Edgware rooms can be opened up to form the Marble Arch room, with a capacity of up to 45 people.
