General Information
The sumptuous surroundings of the Luxury Collection Hotel Imperial Vienna were originally created in 1863 as the Viennese residence of the Prince of Württemberg and were transformed into the Hotel Imperial for the universal exhibition in 1873. Royal Suites were once the private apartments of the palace’s owner, Phillip of Wurttemberg. Exquisite crystal chandeliers glitter from 23 feet high stucco decorated ceilings casting the rooms in sparkling aristocratic flair. Crowned heads and state guests, artists and megastars of three centuries have ascended the famed princely staircase to enter a world of polished elegance.
