From its tranquil setting overlooking Hamilton Harbour, Newstead Belmont Hills Golf Resort & Spa is a place where guests can feel absolutely secluded, but close to everything Bermuda has to offer. The central location on the inlet separating Hamilton and Paget Parish puts every major attraction within 20 minutes. Downtown Hamilton and the beach are a short drive or water taxi ride away.

Room Details

Deluxe Rooms feature two double beds, a private balcony, a flat screen TV, a writing desk, a reading chair, a mini refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities and a private bathroom. This 450 square foot space can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

Suite Details

Studio Deluxe Rooms are located directly on the water, perfect for a romantic couples getaway. Each features a small kitchenette, a king bed, a flat screen TV, a writing desk, a reading chair and a spacious bathroom. This 500 square foot space can accommodate a maximum of two guests.
One Bedroom Suites offer a master bedroom with a king bed, an easy chair, a work desk and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a glass enclosed shower and separate deep soaking Jacuzzi tub. A large living room area features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a powder room. Ranging from 900 to 1,200 square feet, these suites can accommodate up to five guests.
Two Bedroom Suites include a master bedroom with a king bed, an easy chair, a work desk and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a glass enclosed shower and separate deep soaking Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers two double beds, a private bathroom and a balcony. The large living room area features a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a powder room. Ranging from 1,600 to 1,800 square feet, these suites can accommodate up to eight guests.
Three Bedroom Suite offering an impressive 2,500 square feet of living space, is located in the historical Shoreby building, where President Woodrow Wilson, Mark Twain and Charlie Chaplin stayed during visits to Bermuda. Additional amenities include a stove top, refrigerator, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher, and a laundry facility with washer and dryer.

Blu at Belmont Hills offers marvelous views of the Belmont Hills Golf Course’s lush, rolling fairways and is one of the finest steak and seafood restaurants in Bermuda. Awarded “Bermuda Gold” status Blu features a fresh and innovative menu, a daily Sushi Happy Hour and a sumptuous Sunday Brunch.
Sanzibar is the Ultimate Tapas & Burger Bar and is open daily on the same level as the restaurant. This stylish intimate location is just the right place to be with your loved one and friends to enjoy exotic cocktails and delicious food. The Ultimate Tapas Bar menu offers seafood, vegetarian, and meat tapas and the burger menu has 14 different burgers and also one deluxe SaniBAR burger.

Recreation

With waters that practically disappear into Hamilton Harbour, the gorgeous infinity pool is one of the most spectacular on Bermuda. An expansive sundeck features a pool bar, Jacuzzi, plush, designer chaises and towel service. Also offered on the property includes a couple tennis courts for guests that would enjoy playing some games.

Golf

Belmont Hills Golf Course was designed in 2002 by renowned golf course architect Algie M. Pulley, Jr., the course is a magnificently contoured showcase of Bermuda’s natural beauty. Featuring 6,100 yards of strategically laid out bunkers, multi-tiered greens and slender fairways; this world-class layout offers a challenging test for players of all handicaps. Panoramic views of bustling Hamilton Harbour and the Great Sound provide an inspiring accompaniment to every shot. The 17th and 18th holes in particular are among the finest finishing holes in the game.

Newstead Spa is renowned among Bermuda’s top resort spas, the tranquil, Asian-inspired spa offers a comprehensive menu of replenishing treatments and healing therapies.
