A collection of authentic plantation-era cottages, some dating to the late 1800’s, sharing a 27-acre tropical coconut grove along the ocean. Ranging from one to five bedrooms, no two cottages are alike and each has a personality of its own. Better yet, the oceanfront location gives you easy access to some of Nature’s most stunning landscapes, like Waimea Canyon (the Grand Canyon of the Pacific) and the Na Pali Coast. This is the Hawaii you thought time had left behind. But it’s very much alive and beckoning to you. Come, unwind, decompress. You’ll only have yourself to thank.

Home Description

All cottages feature at least one king bed, one bathroom, a separate living room, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove/oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, BBQ, flat screen TV with cable, DVD rentals, Internet access, private lanai, telephone, iron with ironing board, a safety deposit box and a hairdryer.
All cottages come in three different configurations.
Garden View Cottages allow you to take a brief stroll down a palm lined courtyard to the beach, where you are surround by lush greenery, abundant fruit trees and melodious birdsong. It’s the very definition of seclusion and tranquility.
Ocean View Cottages are ensconced in in lush greenery and just steps down a courtyard to the beach, this cottage offers you the best of both worlds. It’s everything you’d expect if you’re looking for a tranquil, unspoiled island getaway.
Ocean Front Cottages is where you will find nothing but your lawn leading to a secluded beach with lapping waves and broad sky as you open your front door. That in a nutshell is what these Oceanfront Cottage deliver, your own private little piece of paradise.

Beach

The secluded two-mile stretch of beach fronting the resort is ideal for peaceful, rejuvenating morning “Pier to Point” walks and romantic sunset strolls, from historic Waimea fishing pier to Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor.

Right in front of the resort is the entrance to Waimea Canyon, often called the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” Koke‘e State Park offers stunning vistas of the two mile wide, 3,000 foot deep gorge. Painted in vivid hues of ocher, russet, and amber, Waimea Canyon offers different palettes as the light changes throughout the day. If you can tear yourself away from the majestic landscapes, Waimea’s vibrant little community holds events year-round to give you a delightful glimpse into island life.
