General Information

It’s decoration is inspired on cotton and everything it evokes, including softness, comfort, delicacy and naturalness. This hotel offers Mediterranean cuisine with market ingredients of the very highest quality in a colonial ambience, that is discreet and elegant. The former public areas of the building house an elegant library, several lounges, a terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Room Details

All guestrooms feature Wi Fi access, luxury bathroom amenities, TV with cable channels, Nespresso coffee maker and a tea set, loudspeakers fir iPod, CD and DVD player, bathrobes and slippers and an iron with ironing board.
Egyptian Cotton rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an area of 322 square feet, offering a bedroom and welcoming sitting-room in the same setting. The sofa converts into a practical bed, ideal for children or a third adult. All of them are exterior and offer views of either a typical spacious block patio of Barcelona’s Eixample district or of Gran Vía, one of the city’s most distinguished streets.

Suite Details

Vichy Suite features a duplex suite that offers a private terrace. It is located on the upper floor of the hotel next to the outdoor pool and has views of Gran Vía, one of the most important streets in the city. The suite features two independent accesses, one on the fifth floor where the main sitting-room, bedroom and bathroom are located, and another on the sixth floor giving access to the second sitting-room and the spacious 270 square foot terrace with exterior shower.
Ottoman and Damask Suites offer an exclusive location on the first floor of the hotel in the building’s former public area. The colorful frescoes on the high ceilings, the decorative moldings and the magnificent marquetry-work parquet, all dating from the 19th century, have been restored. Both suites have spacious balconies looking onto Gran Vía, one of the most important streets in the city.
The Ottoman suite features a bedroom and independent sitting-room while the Damask suite, located in the former Boardroom of the Cotton Producers Guild, is located in a unique large space. Both have a soft king-size bed, which in the case of the Damask suite is covered by a romantic canopy. Both have spacious and comfortable bathrooms with bath and shower, covered in elegant marble.

The Batuar offers an ambience that features a reflection of the spirit of the hotel, offering a certain colonial flavor, sophisticated, discreet, elegant and at the same time fresh. The menu offers a wide range of local proposals, all made with market ingredients of the very highest quality typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
