The Freycinet Peninsula extends south-eastwards from Tasmania’s coastline and is a fully protected national park, including the internationally acclaimed Wineglass Bay. Saffire is located on the inside of the gentle curve of sandy coastline that joins the peninsula to mainland Tasmania. Saffire overlooks the wide expanses of Great Oyster Bay.

Suite Details

Each suite features an LCD TV with Blue-ray DVD player, an iPod music system, a private courtyard and outdoor deck with setting, Wi Fi access, a living area and a bedroom area, a minibar that features a premium selection of various beverages and snacks, and a double shower and bath with a courtyard view.
Luxury Suites are beautifully appointed, featuring Tasmanian timber furnishings and fittings. Every suite has alluring views, generous relaxation area and an eclectic mix of traditional and contemporary furnishings.
Private Pavilions offer the highest standard of luxury accommodation of all the suites at Saffire Freycinet in Australia. It features a separate bedroom and dining area with a kitchen, allowing you to choose a dinner-in-suite option with your chef. Additional amenities include a deck with outdoor lounge chairs, a private courtyard, a private suite kitchen, an Espresso machine, a dining area, a spacious living room with separate bedroom area and a double shower and bath.

All-Inclusive

Rates are inclusive of breakfast in the resturant, lunch, mini bar and selected deluxe beverages until 6pm and a Spa Treatment per suite.

Palate Restaurant offers multi-course degustation menus matched with outstanding local wines, with menus designed around what is fresh out of the water or the paddock on any given day.
The Lounge is the perfect place to take a moment, grab a book from the library or meet for a drink at the lounge bar. Designed to make you feel at home, the lounge is the heart of Saffire Freycinet’s hospitality. During the day the lounge becomes a relaxed and casual setting to enjoy fresh local produce from the barbeque and outside terrace and at night transforms into a stunning setting to enjoy evening canapés and pre dinner drinks.
