Leeward Pavilion are southwest-facing, the freestanding and provide Hamilton Island luxury accommodation in Australian tropical island style. Louvers allow the sea breeze to flow through, and the comfortable lounge area leads to a private sundeck shaded by Eucalypts. Cool polished floors and timber details, a subtle color palette and stylish décor, create a uniquely relaxed beach house ambience.

Room Details

qualia offers a choice of 60 individual pavilions, each with breathtaking views. There are spacious one-bedroom freestanding pavilions (Windward and Leeward) that provide an indulgent space to relax in and unwind, with either a sundeck or private infinity edge plunge pool. Or, there’s the uncompromising luxury and privacy of the Beach House with its own guest pavilion. Guestrooms at Qualia offer iPod docking stations, DVD players, minibars, flat-panel televisions with pay movies and Oncommand video, coffee/tea makers., Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, bathrobes, and designer toiletries. Business-friendly rooms are equipped with wireless Internet access (surcharge), desks, and direct-dial phones. Guestrooms provide clock radios, slippers, air conditioning.

Restaurants

The Long Pavilion is ideally suited for breezy breakfasts. In the afternoon, it transforms so guests can enjoy cocktails and then formal dining in the evening, which includes qualia’s signature degustation menu with seven courses and an accompanying wine cellar.
The Pebble Beach restaurant is located by the water’s edge. It offers contemporary Australian informal lunching at its best. Then guests can relax into the afternoon and enjoy the sun-drenched terrace and beachside cocktail bar.
Alternatively, guests can also order in-room platters, or discover other restaurants on the Island in their personal golf buggy.

Spa qualia, which offers an extensive range of luxurious local and international treatments. Spa qualia is an all-encompassing, sensual experience with facilities including Roman baths, an invigorating Swiss shower, a steam room along with an open air yoga and meditation pavilion.

The fitness center’s state-of-the-art equipment includes four treadmills, three cross trainers and resistance machines. Yoga classes are available.
