Oceanview Club Level Rooms are framed by ocean views within the second levels of the Babonneu, Soufriere, and Vigie buildings. Mario's draws its cooking style from the beautiful region of Tuscany, where E.A.. Mario, grandfather to the restaurant's first authentic Italian chef, was born to a family of humble means in the northern Italian region of Lombardia. Mario instilled that same sense of passion for his love of food and family into his children and grandchildren. That is why guests today feel and taste that same passion in the tantalizing cuisine of Mario's restaurant.
Kimonos features a vibrant restaurant that serves up the exotic cuisines of the Far East in a most interactive and impressive way. The mid-1940 Teppanyaki cooking style used here is one indication to guests that they're in for a truly memorable experience.
Bayside is where guests an enjoy by day, a buffet-style breakfast and lunch; and bask in its outdoor essence with dining by night for an exquisite a la carte French Brasserie experience.
