General Information

This contemporary oasis features 80 Anguilla luxury accommodations, ranging from Golfview and Seaview Junior Suites in the main building, to spectacular Junior Suites in the four beachfront buildings. Guests are greeted with dramatic lobby views of the Caribbean, hand crafted cocktail bar, a fitness center, media room, and boutique, The Yacht Club for breakfast and dinner opening to the spectacular pool, and Breezes, a stunning beachfront restaurant and bar.

All suites feature a bedroom with seating area, panoramic windows with inspired views of either the golf course or the Caribbean Sea, a 43” TV, Cuisinart Espresso machine, luxury bath products, bathrobes, mini-bar, exquisite California-style closet, stunning bath with two sinks, shower, and Alissa free standing oval bath.
Deluxe Beachfront Junior Suites are located on the top floor of beachfront buildings, these suites feature an expansive wraparound balcony with lounge, dining area and outdoor shower.

Breezes Beach Front Restaurant & Bar offers a dazzling beachfront restaurant and bar that is ideal for those craving a relaxed Caribbean experience.
The Yacht Club Restaurant offers a true gastronomic journey, using a farm-to-table approach that includes locally-sourced fish such as snapper, grouper and lobster, and fresh produce from CuisinArt’s on-site Hydroponic Farm, in addition to some of the most coveted global ingredients. The Yacht Club, serving breakfast and dinner, offers a menu of sophisticated fare and extensive raw bar selections, with a brilliantly nautical design, including porthole inspired doors, sails draping down from the ceiling, and sailing photography that adorns the walls.
One The Rock features an open-air lobby that affords a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and is designed to evoke a yacht on land, with a menu infused with delightful libations and small and sweet bites. Design accents include Italian ceramic tile floors, limestone walling fabricated in Bali, and Royal Botania furniture.
Tokyo Bay boasts Anguilla’s first authentic Japanese restaurant and is located at CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa. Golf

CUISINART GOLF CLUB provides the ultimate golf experience in the Caribbean – a Greg Norman Signature Design 18-Hole Championship Course with breathtaking views and challenging, dramatic holes. Players are greeted by a spectacular view of St. Maarten and the Caribbean Sea at the tee box of the 384-yard starting hole. The overwhelming visual appeal continues with holes 2 and 10 sharing a 16,000-square-foot green that rests along the Anguilla Channel. Large sea grape trees on the left and the Merrywing pond on the right frame the perilous drive on the 423-yard 16th hole that plays into the trade winds and finishes with an elevated green surrounded by water and protected by deep bunkers. The narrowing fairway on the 18th hole ascends forty feet to a narrow green carved out of the native plantings.

Fitness
