Restaurants

The Dutch is an American restaurant, bar and oyster room with a mix of cultural influences that make Miami Beach great. Award-winning Chef Andrew Carmellini's roots-inspired American menu features fresh fish and shellfish, choice meats, local produce and the best of what's around. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, the high-ceilinged 170-seat indoor-outdoor restaurant and oyster bar is outfitted with light oak floors, white painted brick walls, a zinc-top liquor bar and driftwood beams overhead making for a light, airy space that fills with daily bustle and flow. It is a comfortable, casual environment befitting any occasion.
Mr. Chow® has authentic and aromatic Asian specialties. Keeping with tradition of his other properties in Beverly Hills and New York City, the Michael Chow-designed restaurant is a design masterpiece with interiors featuring signature screens and black lacquer furniture as well as artwork from Mr Chow's renowned private collection and includes his signature elements such as the stepped entrance that puts guests into the spotlight, modern screens and black lacquer furniture as well as unique elements including the 125-foot gold-leaf and Swarovski crystal chandelier designed by Chow himself.
Living Room Bar is not your average lobby. At our Living Room Bar we use only the very best and freshest ingredients from around the globe. Living Room delights you with elements such as Lebanese pomegranate, Japanese yuzu (citrus) and exotic herbs and spices. Living Room prides itself on unparallel quality and freshness, and incorporates a variety of infusions, molecular mixology and other special techniques to create carefully crafted cocktails to awaken your taste buds and flirt with your senses.
Grove offers lush landscaping, luxurious furniture and soothing lounge music make the Grove the ultimate place for hanging out, daydreaming and enjoying the warm Miami sun. At night lounge with friends under sensual lanterns and enjoy the music from the pool or from Wall Lounge. The Grove is the ideal refuge for eating, drinking, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
WET Bar & Grille is surrounded by swaying palms with lots of sunshine on the side. Soothing lounge music plays in the background as you lounge the day away in our serene water lounge. At night enjoy inventive cocktails under the moonlight poolside or in one of our private cabanas.
