Offering spacious, comfortable and smoke-free guest rooms (including 25 specialty suites and the RClub), each room has a view of the French Quarter, or for a more tranquil experience, request one of our interior rooms facing the pool and patio. Our RClub Concierge Floors, a hotel within a hotel, offer upgraded rooms, amenities, services and a relaxing private lounge serving morning breakfast and evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Suite Details

Jacuzzi Suite These five newly renovated single room Jacuzzi Suites are enormous, with extra large seating areas, bathrooms and closets. The highlight of course is your own private Jacuzzi — which melts your cares away. Available with a king bed.
Split Level Suite These eight unique suites feature a parlor and bedroom separated by a spiral staircase. With two locations — three have French doors that overlook the pool, while the remaining five feature secluded patios perfect for entertaining. Each provides a unique sense of tranquility in the heart of the bustling French Quarter.
Junior Suite These four single room Junior Suites are anything but… with extra large seating areas, bathrooms and closets. These suites are available with either a king bed or two doubles.
Bourbon Balcony Entertainment Suite The six Bourbon Balcony Entertainment suites are a favorite for small groups and hospitality functions, and are located on the second and third floors of the hotel. With French doors that open onto spacious, covered, wrought iron balconies that wrap around the building, these rooms face Bourbon, Conti or Bienville Streets. With either one or two bedrooms attached to a parlor, these coveted suites have wet bars and plenty of space for receptions accommodating 50 to 150 people — with a bird’s eye view of the one of most famous streets in the world.
Honeymoon Suite Nestled away on the fourth floor with French doors opening to overlook the interior of the hotel — and its lush tropical courtyard, the honeymoon suite is everything a honeymoon suite should be. With its romantic canopy bed, the room boasts a dining area, dressing room, wet bar and Jacuzzi, with all upholstery and accents in coordinating tones of cream, gold and beige.

Guest Services

Services include a Concierge Center, Room Service, a Safe Deposit Box, Translation Assistance, and a Travel Agency. The Fitness Room features the latest in Cybex equipment. The outdoor swimming pool, Oasis Pool Bar, and cabana spa services are located on the 3rd floor Terrace area. Airport Shuttle provides private shuttle service to and from the hotel, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Taxicab service is also available. Limousine and car service may be arranged through the concierge. The hotel has a covered parking garage and valet service. Group transportation can be arranged by Conference Services or Concierge as a bus permit must be obtained for passenger busses to enter the French Quarter.

Desire Bistro & Oyster Bar, a street-side bistro overlooking Bourbon Street, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner serving traditional New Orleans favorites such as Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice and Roast Beef Po-Boy Sandwiches.
PJ's Coffee Cafe offers an array of specialty coffee drinks brewed with New Orleanians favorite locally roasted coffee as well as light breakfast and lunch fare including salads and hot panini sandwiches.
Irvin Mayfield's Jazz Playhouse offers live Jazz, 7 nights a week on our lobby level.

20,000 square feet of function space and 20 meeting rooms can accommodate groups up to 700 guests. The Grand Ballroom, with 5,000 square feet, is divisible into two sections.
