Start your day with a generous breakfast buffet in the L.A. Café before asking the concierge to help organize a sightseeing cruise on the picturesque River Spree. Afterwards, order a mid-morning pastry at one of the Mitte district's traditional bakeries and spend the rest of the morning meandering in Monbijou Park, overlooking the river.
After lunch, explore the Hackescher Markt's courtyards and independent boutiques, keeping an eye out for the latest designer couture. Stroll past the bars and restaurants lining the narrow medieval lanes of the Nikolai Quarter before making your way back across the river.
