Located on the northwest part of the atoll of Rangiroa, between the passes of Tiputa and Avatoru, nestled in the heart of a magnificent coconut plantation, bordered by a white sand beach and a turquoise lagoon.

General Information

Since its complete renovation in 2011, the Hotel Kia Ora Resort & Spa includes 60 villas and bungalows with exceptional style, scattered throughout the coconut grove, on the beach and overlooking the lagoon. A spa with a rain shower and a fitness room complete the hotel facilities. On the waterfront, two restaurants including a gourmet one and a bar on stilts surround a swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Room Details

Overwater Bungalows are suspended between the sky and the sea with a main room which includes a bedroom, sitting room and an desk. A spacious sitting area where you can watch the fish through a glass floor window. A modern and spacious bathroom with separate shower, two sinks and a sunken bathtub. Outside the bungalow, a solarium decorated with two padded lounge chairs and a shaded dining table allow you to apprecaite the beauty of the endless lagoon of Rangiroa. The terrace is also equipped with a staircase leading down to a platform at water level, ideal for swimming and exploring the wonders of the underwater world of the atoll. Amenities include bath robe, slippers, hair dryer, satelite TV, iPod docking station, radio, fridge, iron with ironing board and coffee and tea facilities.
There are 25 villas with pools set among the coconut grove, notable for their authenticity and beauty. The walkways end on the radiant white sandy beach and each bungalow offers a private terrace.
25 Beach Bungalows are set along the white sandy beach between the coconut trees featuring a private jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the lagoon.

Guest Services

Range of services include babysitting, currency exchange service, laundry, fax and photocopy service, a Tahitian Pearl Shop, gift shop, billiard table and more.

Restaurants

Te Rairoa Restaurant has a pleasantly decorated dining room with large windows offering panoramic views of the pool and lagoon. Buffet or a la carte breakfast, light and flavorful lunch and Mediterranian inspired dinners with a range of dishes combining South and tropical products. Twice weekly, guests of the "Te Rairoa" can enjoy a barbecue buffet and dishes, followed by a traditional dance show.
Te Poerava Restaurant is located near the lagoon in a beautiful overwater fare to 180 ° glass walls. Open for dinner only with a cozy atmosphere and gourmet "fusion" cuisine featuring Asian influences.
The Miki Miki Bar is suspended on stilts above the lagoon, close to the hotel pool and is the perfect place to enjoy cocktails and light fare.

Recreation

Available to guests is equipment for snorkeling, kayaks, canoes and petanque. In addition, the atoll of Rangiroa is a beautiful area for fishing and diving or discover its wild islands with a boat rental.

Spa

Poekura Spa is situationed in the heart of coconut grove and means "Pearl of Light". An oasis of tranquility and relaxation which provides a wide range of treatments and beauty rituals. Expereince an oriental massage, Balinese hot stones, reflexology, after sun care, exfoliating ritual or Japanese beauty ... not forgetting the famous traditional Polynesian massage, the taurumi.

Fitness

Aito Fitness Center is a dedicated bungalow beautifully situated in the hotel gardens. This pleasantly air-conditioned space features pulley machine, stationary bike, treadmill, gymnastic balls, exercise mats, weights and dumbbells.
