Villa Description

Dotted around the Eastern perimeter of Fowl Cay are seven gorgeous villas to be used as a home away from home in the Exumas. There are one, two and three-bedroom villas which have fully equipped kitchens that are stocked with breakfast, lunch and snack items. All have ocean views and are lined with French or sliding glass doors that open to beautiful patios overlooking the breathtaking water below. In addition to your fully stocked kitchen, also included with each villa is your own personal motor boat, a golf cart and use of all the equipment on the island. The boat allows you get out and explore the beautiful central Exumas while Fowl Cay provides the ultimate home base to return to at the end of the day.
Starlight Villa features a unique tree-house villa located on a high ridge with a spectacular birds eye views of the surrounding Big Major harbour Starlight gives new meaning to a private villa escape. Consisting of three separate buildings or pods linked by wooden decks, with two detached bedroom suites on either side of the central living and kitchen area, Starlight is elegantly furnished and provides phenomenal views. An indoor shower opens to a spectacular open air shower where the views are second to none and the privacy is unmatched. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a king size bed, two twin beds, two full size beds, satellite TV and a DVD player and an iPod dock.
Birdcage Villa boasts some of the island's most magnificent panoramic and far-reaching views of neighboring cays and the beautiful Big Major Harbor. Spread your wings in this spacious two-bedroom abode, open plan, with an impressive kitchen, breakfast bar, comfortable living room with fireplace and dining area; Birdcage has an inviting covered porch, popular for afternoon lounging, that is cooled by passing breezes. In addition to the main hillside swimming pool, this two-story house has its own private fresh-water pool. French doors lead to furnished terraces, sun beds, and a barbeque area; while at the back, steps lead down to your villa's beach and small dock making it the perfect hideaway villa for family or friends.

Hill House Restaurant serves local seafood dishes and chef's specials, and offers a relaxing evening and lunch dining spot. It has the highest elevation on the island and boasts 360° views of the central Exumas and spectacular nightly sunsets. With cozy, rustic décor, decorative fireplaces and outdoor seating, it's the perfect gathering place for evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a late game of pool and the freshest local seafood and cuisine for miles around.

Recreation

Guests can enjoy activities include fishing, walking around deserted beaches, exploring, snorkeling, single and double kayaks, Hobie cats, tennis court, a swimming pool, and beach games.

Beach

Fowl Cay has three of its own gorgeous beaches. The North Beach provides a peaceful location to sink your beach chair in the sand. The South Beach is the perfect spot to enjoy some of the on-island activities anything from a game of Bocce to a sail in one of the Zuma boats to paddling in one of the Kayaks for a workout or just spend all day lazing under the tiki huts enjoying the view. In addition to the beaches the Exumas are filled with deserted islands with nothing but white sand beaches to explore. And with your own boat you can choose a different one everyday to picnic on.
