Private Villas are the best for families, extended stays or friends traveling together. Two bedrooms, homelike amenities and spacious lounging, dining and reading areas transport guests to a magical living space immersed in Costa Rica’s fabled mountain landscapes and tropical cloud forests. A master bedroom with a comfortable King bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds bookend the large common areas. Each bedroom features an independent full bathroom. Enjoy fully equipped kitchens, private outdoor pool, whirlpool and gas grill, plus a welcome amenity.

Our luxurious guest suites at El Silencio Lodge & Spa are terraced along the hillside granting extra privacy and picture-perfect mountain and forest. Each spacious suite is equipped with premium amenities, including a private outdoor viewing deck with traditional hand crafted rocking chairs and soothing heated outdoor jet-pool. All rooms offer cloud-comfort king sized beds for the most regenerative sleep experience in Costa Rica. Floor-to-ceiling windows guarantee amazing views of the mist-covered cloud forest surroundings.

Endlessly serenaded by the pristine Gorrión River, the sublime Honeymoon Suite is the most romantic option to celebrate the promise of a shared life. Close to a peaceful stream and surrounded by forest, this spacious lodging unit has been upgraded with special details that create a storybook hide out for couples in love. From the cloud-comfort King sized bed to the flickering heat of a gas chimney, this luxuriously appointed Suite will delight all senses. Standout features include a spacious outdoor deck that overlooks a lush private garden. Las Ventanas Restaurant | El Silencio’s Las Ventanas Restaurant pampers foodies with local flavors and carefully-selected ingredients from the onsite organic mini-farm. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, breakfast and lunch are enjoyed with soothing forest views. While a fireplace and candle lit tables create a warm and inviting dinner ambiance. The goal is to create harmony between nature and food. That’s why Las Ventanas Restaurant features a seasonal menu designed around the organic farm and greenhouse. They select the freshest, most flavorful and nutrient-rich ingredients from our farm throughout the year to offer dishes that highlight produce at its peak freshness.
Toro Bohemio Bar | Warm, inviting and relaxing, El Silencio’s ToroBohemio Bar is the perfect place to unwind after an adventurous day of exploring. With local and classic cocktails, an extensive wine list and ice cold beer, there are options to quench anyone’s thirst.
