Home Description

Experience a rarified tropical estate that combines true beachfront luxury with lavish gardens reminiscent of an Italian palazzo. This 14-acre gated property is a chic oasis framed by lush tropical vegetation, meandering streams two waterfalls, ivy-covered bridges, and manicured gardens adorned with classical Vicenza stone sculptures, all set along a 2,000-foot protected shoreline.

Private Resort Residence Amenities

The Boudoirs features six large bedrooms, most with full length patios overlooking the sea and gardens. All bedrooms are en suite, have air conditioning and are equipped with digital cable televisions, a telephone and beds.
The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, oversized private patio with ocean views, separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom with walk-in steam shower and freestanding tub.
The second bedroom features two queen-size beds, shared terrace with views of a private garden with a checkerboard lawn and a century-old multi-tiered fountain, access to the 2nd story ocean view terrace and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The third bedroom includes a king-size bed, day bed, sitting room, shared terrace with views of a private garden with a checkerboard lawn and a century-old multi-tiered fountain, access to the second story ocean view terrace and en-suite bathroom with soaking bathtub and shower.
The Rio Chico Cottage offers a beautiful house that is lavished with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, and a private patio. Both bedrooms feature either a king size bed or two single beds with a shared terrace with garden views and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

Guest Services

Amenities include a business center and an entertainment center, and 24 hour security.

Restaurants

The chefs will provision your pantry with food for your first night’s meal and your first morning’s breakfast. He will then sit down with you and put together a plan for the remainder of your stay. You can plan each meal or put yourself in the chef’s capable hands and let him surprise you.

Recreation

Fresh water swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, fresh water oversized Jacuzzi, spectacular natural beachside freshwater pool at the base of Dunn's River tributary fed by Blue Mountain waters, and a Chapel.
Activities include a full size tennis court, half basketball court, darts, croquet, board games and small trampoline.
Water activities offered include a windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, wind surfing, scuba diving, and paddle boarding.

Beach

There is 2,000 feet of shoreline with two private beaches so guests can enjoy the warm Caribbean Sea right outside the doors of the Villa.

Fitness

There is a private fitness center offered on site that includes an elliptical and treadmill that guests can enjoy during their stay.

Land price is per person based on double occupancy (unless noted) for select travel dates shown. Air-inclusive vacations are for gateways noted. Rate quoted includes government-imposed fees and taxes and any necessary currency exchange rates. Rate is current when priced, at the time you purchase your vacation, rate may be higher.
