Sundown Villa is set in the historic fishing village of Discovery Bay on Jamaica's northern coast.

The 5,500 square foot Sundown Villa sits faces the private 125 foot white sand beach. It boasts five spacious bedrooms which can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults. It features a business center, entertainment center with a 42' plasma tv, a spacious veranda, and pingpong tables.

Combined with the new four bedroom house Sundown now has the flexibility to offer a 5, 7 or 9 bedroom option depending on the size of your group.
Bedroom 1 This comfortable master bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed, private bathroom with Whirlpool Jacuzzi, walk-in shower and double sink unit, 27" TV, private patio directly on the beach, walk-in closet and a security safe.
Bedroom 2 Our second master bedroom also has a king-size four-poster bed, private bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower, 27" TV, private patio overlooking the bay.
Bedroom 3 Last but not least, this beautiful room contains two double beds, 27" TV, private bathroom with a Roman tub-shower.
Bedroom 4 Perfect for children or friends, this room has two double beds, a private bathroom with tub-shower combination, 27" TV and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 5 For those who like to spread out, or for a young family, this king-size four-poster bedroom also has one trundle/twin bed; a 32" flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub-shower combination.
A newly built 2700 sq ft two story guest house now makes Sundown the only nine bedroom house on Discovery Bay providing the perfect sport for multigenerational vacations. With a two bedroom suite on each floor offering en suite bathrooms and small kitchenettes; comfort, privacy and luxury.

Villa Description

Fully equipped large kitchen with "open door policy", formal indoor dining table seats 10, outdoor covered dining table seats 16, outdoor redbrick barbeque grill on the beach, and bonfires prepared with real wood sticks for toasted marshmallows are all included.

Guest Services

Private chef, Damean McKoy will plan and prepare all meals desired at Sundown Villa.

All-Inclusive

The villa includes a large 17 X 28 foot private fresh water pool with shower Ping pong table and fishing dock, two seaside gazebos for dining and watching sunsets, packed cooler with beach/poolside refreshments, spacious covered verandas for dining and relaxing, sea toys including: windsurfer, four kayaks, aqua cycle and snorkelling equipment, scuba diving for experienced divers or become PADI certified for new divers at nearby Sandals or Beaches Resort, a Kids Bubblemaker Program for introduction to diving at nearby Beaches Resort, Business Center with wireless high speed internet access, computer, printer, scanner and fax, an entertainment Center: 42" plasma television (and in every bedroom) , Bose entertainment system, CD player and speakers on pool deck, wide selection of CDs, DVD player, XBOX 360 and games, and v arious adult and children's board games like backgammon, dominoes and cards.

Beach

Sundown Villa includes a125 foot private beach on the beautiful Discovery Bay.

Kids Program

There is a Kids Bubblemaker Program for introduction to diving at nearby Beaches Resort.

Family Information

Various adult and children's board games like backgammon, dominoes and cards are available.
