COVID-19 Testing Resources

Several U.S. States and foreign countries require proof of a negative COVID-19 virus test prior to arrival at the visitors’ expense. Traveler Declaration Forms may also be required in addition to the COVID-19 test. Testing time periods vary by destination from within 72-hours to 10-days prior to arrival so verify the requirements for each State and foreign country to avoid mandatory quarantine. GISCORPS provides a detailed list of testing locations. Journese is not responsible for content, errors or omissions on third party sites or materials. A third party site’s privacy policy may apply.

COVID-19 virus testing differs by location. Many testing locations require an appointment and a doctor’s order while some Urgent Care locations permit walk-in or drive-thru testing. State and local authorities may provide guidance for testing locations, cost and insurance coverage.

The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) at www.cdc.gov provides information and resources for guidance prior to travel. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) has partnered with several pharmacy and retail locations to accelerate testing in more communities across the country. HHS provides links for testing locations at www.hhs.gov. The online resources below provide additional guidance for finding a testing location.

This information is provided as a resource and for guidance only, and is subject to change as state and local authorities revise travel requirements and as testing locations change. Journese is not responsible for errors or omissions.
